Jude 14–15 quotes this passage almost word for word: 'Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgement upon all.' Jude names Enoch as its author — the clearest case in the NT of a non-canonical book cited as prophecy.

'The coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints' echoes the same line (1 Enoch 1:9); so does 'the Lord executeth vengeance' language across the letters.
